The village of Čanj can be found between Sutomore and Petrovac, and you can reach the beach of the settlement via a short winding route.
The beach is nearly 100 meter wide and approximately 1,2 km long, and next to it, cafés, restaurants and bakeries (fast food restaurants) typical of the Balkans await their guests.
Its beach is small and very stony, it is worth renting umbrellas and sunbeds, but those who want can also pack their own beach accessories for free on the entire beach section.
Sutomore is approachable by local bus (€1.5/person/direction) / Taxi approximately 8-10€/occasion (depending on traffic how fast you can get there).
About its beach and sea:
The Čanj beach section is 1,200 meters long and rocky (small and large stones can be found in some places). Its beaches are free with free showers and changing rooms.
Budva, which many people call the coastal capital of Montenegro, even if it is not the official capital, is one of the most popular cities for tourists, which is believed to have been attached to the city by thousands of years of history and the unique old town, which has now become one of the country's symbols.
Petrovac is a small town on the Budva riviera, surrounded by olive and pine trees. It is a perfect destination for those who prefer calmer, more relaxing holidays. It is a city with a real Mediterranean atmosphere, and many apartments and hotels have a direct view of the sea, thus enhancing the experience of the vacation.
The city is made even more special by the former fortress built on a long cliff, named Kaštel, which also welcomes those who want to have fun in the evenings. The Venetian fortress is located on the right side of the quay. From its top there is a fabulous view of the whole of Petrovac, which is why it is very popular among tourists.
